About the Position:
We are seeking a RN - Registered Nurse to work per diem to fill in open shifts. This is an excellent opportunity for those looking to maintain a great work/life balance.
Compensation:
· Hourly Wage Range: $36.00 to $41.40 per hour, depending on years of experience.
· Shift Differential: Additional pay on top of the hourly rate:
· Weekday 2nd and 3rd shift: $2.00
· Weekend 1st shift: $2.00
· Weekend 2nd shift: $3.00
· Weekend 3rd shift: $3.50
Per Diem Requirements;
Minimum Shifts: Work a minimum of 4 shifts a month, with at least 2 shifts on weekends (Saturday and/or Sunday).
Job Responsibilities
- Comprehensive Care: Provide care to residents in accordance with CCNH policies, standards of care, and state and federal regulations.
- Care Coordination: Assess, plan, implement, and monitor resident care plans, collaborating with supervisors and attending physicians as needed.
- Supervision: Oversee and support LNAs and LMNAs in delivering quality care on the assigned unit.
Requirements
· Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
· Long-term care experience preferred
· Must possess and maintain a current Practical Nursing license and be in good standing with the State of New Hampshire Nursing Board
