Before & After School / Summer Child Care Aide
St. Therese Catholic School is searching for a quality childcare aide to help care for students ranging in age from 6 to 12 years old in our Viking Voyagers program. This person will be caring, patient, responsible and able to manage a group of children without direct supervision of the program director. Must be a team player, work well with others and be flexible and able to adjust to changing schedules on a daily basis.
Seasonal (summer) Full time and continuous part time positions available. Viking Voyagers is open 5 days a week from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM through the summer and on days the school is not in session during the school year. It is open 6:30-7:30 AM and 3:15-6:00 PM during the school year.
Care is provided at St. Therese school as well as on field trips throughout the summer.
Position reports to Viking Voyagers Director.
Must be 18 years of age or older.
All employees must complete safe environment requirements prior to start date, including a background check and Protecting God’s Children certification.
