Job Overview
St. Thomas Aquinas High School in Dover, NH is seeking a qualified Theology TEACHER for
grades 9-12 for the 2025-2026 school year. The ideal candidate will:

Theology.

● use educational technology as a means for student gains and instructional design.
Education and Experience
● A Bachelor’s Degree in Theology or related field is required, with a Master’s degree preferred.
● One to three years of high school teaching experience, or applicable practicum/related program, is preferred.

Under the supervision of the Principal and Department Chair, the Teacher:
● assumes responsibility for the leadership and management of the classes they are assigned.
● strives to achieve the goals of the St. Thomas Aquinas Mission Statement, the Catholic faith, and values.
● develops and implements a daily instructional program according to the needs of the students and the established curriculum.
● recognizes and incorporates the rich diversity of the students in the classroom and their unique God-given talents to foster a culture
of belonging.
● maintains accurate records of attendance, scholastic achievement, etc. as required by the school, diocese, and state.
● establishes positive public relations within and outside the school community.
● commits to ongoing professional learning and growth.
