Job Title: Production Specialist
Accountability: Works with store team for project collaboration; responsible to management team
Schedule: Hourly, Full time, hours per week 8am-4pm or 9am-530pm Monday-Friday

Responsible for providing quality customer service and compassion to the people that SVdP serves. This person works closely with other store associates, e-commerce, logistics team members, neighbors in need, and leadership team members.
Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Sorting and pricing of donated materials in preparation for the sales floor
- Friendly worker with personable attitude
- Motivated, energetic, knowledgeable, and positive sales associate
- Rotate inventory using tag color process
- Ensure customers can find what they are looking for and areas are maintained and in-stock with product
- Assist with recycling efforts to ensure safe and efficient processing of materials
- Collaborate with leadership to ensure higher value items are appropriately priced and sold
- Assume additional responsibilities as needed
Job Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Must be able to communicate and work effectively with staff, volunteers, and donors
- Must be able to work day shift
- Retail experience preferred
- Regularly lift and/or move objects weighing 10-50 lbs
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $14.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
