- Responsibility for the efficient disposition of all personal and telephone contacts to the agency
- Answer multi-line telephone system, forwarding calls to appropriate staff
- Refer others who need help to other community agencies and resources
- Greet clients and other visitors to the agency, asking clients to fill out forms for departments that require them
- Give referrals to walk-ins for emergency
- Greet guests and communicates with the appropriate department/program so they can meet them at the front desk and then take them to the office
- Keep receptionist area and conference rooms organized and running smoothly
- Enter case review, satisfaction, training, disaster drills, facility observation checklists and quality of life surveys into survey monkey and excel spreadsheet
- Maintain books for case review, satisfaction, training, disaster drills, facility observation checklists and quality of life surveys
- Assist Finance, Human Resources, and Administration as directed
- Review thrift store daily tape, sales, and deposits
- Complies with all applicable training requirements
- Complies with all company safety, personnel and operational policies and procedures
- Complies with work schedule to ensure effective operations of Agency programs
- Contributes positively as a member of a productive and cooperative team
- Performs other duties as necessary to fulfill the Society of St. Vincent de Paul South Pinellas, Inc. Mission
- Able to speak, write and understand English
- Possess basic computer skills
