Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Human Resources Intern to join our team. The HR Intern will assist in day-to-day operations, provide support for various HR functions, and gain hands-on experience in the HR field.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews
- Help maintain employee records and ensure proper documentation is filed
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes
- Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events
- Participate in HR meetings and contribute to policy and procedure discussions
- Prepare reports and presentations for HR-related projects
- Assist with HR compliance and training coordination
- Assist with employee inquiries and provide general administrative support
- Conduct research on HR best practices and legal requirements
- Assist with misc. HR projects and research
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with HR systems and software is a plus
- A proactive and positive attitude, with a willingness to learn
