We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Elementary Teacher to join our faculty for the upcoming 2025-2026 school year. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong commitment to fostering academic growth, spiritual development, and a love for learning while integrating Catholic values into every aspect of the curriculum.
Job Responsibilities
Develop and deliver engaging, standards-aligned lesson plans that incorporate Catholic teachings and values.
Create a positive, inclusive, and respectful classroom atmosphere that encourages student participation and engagement.
Regularly assess and monitor student progress, offering timely feedback and providing necessary academic support.
Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and school leadership to ensure student success and promote a team-oriented approach.
Participate in school-wide activities, including faith-based events and initiatives, while modeling Catholic teachings in all daily interactions.
Participate in ongoing professional growth opportunities and school community engagement activities.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in education or a related field.
Valid teaching certification (state-specific or the ability to obtain one).
Previous teaching experience in elementary preferred.
Strong understanding of Catholic teachings with a commitment to integrating faith into the curriculum.
Excellent communication, classroom management, and interpersonal skills.
A nurturing, enthusiastic, and mission-driven approach to education, with a passion for helping students achieve their full potential.
