Job Overview
The St Vincent de Paul Society of Milwaukee County is looking for a front end lead at the Greenfield Location on 108th and Layton! The front end lead is a full time position averaging 37.5 hours a week. Weekend availability and being available 8am-8pm is required.
What is required of the position?
Checking out customers in a friendly and efficient manner.
Supervising cashiers and making sure the company policy is being followed.
Setting up furniture deliveries for customers.
Helping customers up front look at product in the glass cases.
Stocking and merchandising food, drinks, and products in the front aisle.
Opening and closing the store, including cash handling and filing deposits.
Reporting to managers and assistant managers, and handling projects to make the customer shopping experience as pleasant as possible.
What are the Qualifications for this position?
Previous retail leadership experience preferred.
Experience with cash handling and cashiering.
Strong customer service skills.
Time management skills and an ability to think of solutions to increase customer satisfaction.
A willingness to learn multiple things to help the store run efficiently.
Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus.
