Food Service Supervisor Qualifications & Responsibilities:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Long term care dietary management experience preferred
- Reviews Menus on a daily basis
- Gives suitable assignments and instructions to employees engaged in activities of a food service unit
- Supervises the performance of assigned staff
- Maintains and controls safty and sanitary conditions
- Directs and supervises all dietary functions and personnelTrains and counsels assigned staff on their job assignments.
- Conducts and attends required in-service training
- Computer knowledge
- Does related work as required
Food Service Director Schedule & Benefits:
- Schedule: Days with Manager on Duty rotation for weekends/per diem weekends
