St. Vincent de Paul Rehabilitation and Nursing Center is looking for a full time experienced Nursing Staff Scheduler. The work schedule is Monday through Friday, 37.5 hours a week. This position is responsible for preparing schedules for all Nursing staff, coordinating with the Director of Nursing Services (DNS), to ensure adequate staffing levels.

St. Vincent de Paul Rehabilitation and Nursing Center, in Berlin, NH, is an 74-bed skilled nursing facility offering short and long-term care in a warm, supportive atmosphere where residents are cared for according to their individual needs. Monday through Friday, 37.5 hours a week - 8am to 4pm, no weekends

Job Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Develop and post work schedules at least two weeks in advance
• Notify DNS of short staffing situations; secure replacement personnel and update schedule
• Update boards at nursing stations to reflect staffing changes
• Coordinate with DNS to secure contract labor, when necessary
• Provide administrative support to nursing management team; perform administrative tasks as assigned by supervisor
Requirements
• High School Diploma or GED; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
• At least one year’s scheduling experience, preferably in a long-term care setting
• Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word and Outlook)
