Position: Unit Aide – Pathway to LNA

Role Overview: As a Unit Aide, you will assist the nursing team with non-clinical tasks to support daily operations and patient care. This includes helping with meal delivery, room setup, and general support for residents. You will be mentored and trained on essential skills to prepare you for LNA responsibilities.
Commitment: Upon successful completion of your LNA training, you will transition to an LNA position with a work schedule of 7 PM to 7 AM. This shift is essential for meeting our facility's staffing needs and ensuring round-the-clock quality care for our
residents.

Requirements
- Must be at least 17 and a half
- A desire to pursue a career in healthcare.
- Willingness to commit to the 7 PM to 7 AM schedule after becoming an LNA.
- Positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
- Must be willing to enroll in, and complete, a recognized LNA program within 6 months from the first day of employment.
