Job Description
Under the supervision of Program Director of Adult Homes Supported Housing, the Assessment Coordinator is directly responsible for the clinical assessment of the Adult Homes Class members and oversight of assessment sector of Supported Housing program.
Additional Requirements
- Minimum three years in post graduate experience in Mental Health setting.
- Minimum two year supervisory experience required.
- Ability to perform in a busy, changing, multi-tasking work environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Excellent computer skills
- Proficient in data reporting system
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
- Working knowledge of medical and / or behavioral health care environments and terminology.
Education Requirements : Master's Degree in social services or behavioral health related field required; Professional license required (LCSW or LMHC).Valid driver's license in good standing
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, WORD, Excel, PowerPoint) and database navigation required.

Pay : $80-85k
Salary : $80,000 - $85,000
