Job Description
Under the direction of the Administrative Director, the Clinic Director is responsible for ensuring safe and quality client-centered care is delivered to clients, families and significant others by providing leadership to staff in a manner consistent with the mission and scope of service in the department, policies and procedures, and the state, federal, and Joint Commission standards and regulations. The Clinic Director is responsible for assisting with the supervision, direction and evaluation of the clinic staff. Responsible for facilitating staff's ability to work collaboratively with other disciplines and community agencies. The Clinic Director is responsible for implementing workflow systems that meet the department's clinical goals and objectives. Works collaboratively with the Administrative Director in developing and maintaining policies and procedures to ensure that the responsibilities, authorities and accountability of all staff are defined and understood as outlined in the profession standards and those established by OASAS, SAMSHA, FDA, DEA and NIDA. The Clinic Director ensures compliance with state and federal laws concerning execution of clinical tasks. Responsible for client charts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with deadlines set forth by department policies and regulatory agencies. Responsible for ensuring the continuity of care through the use of foresight in directing, controlling, planning and organizing client care. Responsible for communicating with family and health professionals concerning the care of clients. Works collaboratively with Medical Director for optimal client care. Assists the Administrative Director with the clinic's Performance Improvement Program and participates in reviewing, revising and formulating policies and procedures specific to program.
- A minimum of five (5) years substance abuse treatment experience
- At least four (4) years in supervisory and / or administrative position in health care setting or demonstrated supervisory capabilities
- Experience working with individuals diagnosed with mental illness and / or substance abuse disorders required
- Experience working in a substance abuse treatment setting required
- Extensive knowledge of Opioid Dependency and behaviors associated with withdrawals and the recovery process.
- Additional language fluency is preferred
- Computer literacy required
- CASAC required
- LMSW, LCSW, LMHC, LPC preferred

Pay : $85-95k
Salary : $85,000 - $95,000
