• Develop and maintain effective relationships with internal stakeholders, including staff members, physicians, and other departments

• Identify opportunities for cost savings and revenue enhancements, working closely with senior leaders to develop and implement strategic plans to achieve these objectives
Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field (e.g., Healthcare Administration, Business, Finance)
• 2 years of experience in a hospital or behavioral health patient accounting environment
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and strong analytical skills
• Knowledge of revenue cycle requirements and regulations
• Ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders and prioritize tasks effectively
