Job Description
Saint Joseph's Medical Center is actively seeking a hardworking professional to join their staff as the new Director of Facilities Management. Reporting to the Vice President of Facilities Management, the manager will be responsible for the oversight and planning functions for the Facilities Management Department. Directs and manages all facilities management activities (MEP) Mechanical, Electrical, and plumbing systems, Fire Protection Systems, Life Safety Systems and Engineering in order to maintain efficient, effective, and consistent operating procedures. A degree in engineering, life safety, fire protection, facilities management or any other related discipline is preferred. A minimum of seven (7) years in healthcare facilities management is also required.
Salary range of $130k - $150k.
