Key Responsibilities:
• Manage revenue cycle operations, including payer processing, registration, billing, claim correction, and denial management
• Ensure timely and accurate processing of point-of-service eligibility, creation of registrations, billing of claims, and management of denials
• Analyze and resolve account receivables issues to minimize delays and optimize cash flow
• Develop and implement strategies to improve revenue collections and reduce bad debt
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination
• Provide training and support to staff members on revenue cycle processes and procedures
