• Develop and maintain effective relationships with internal stakeholders, including staff members, physicians, and other departments

• Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to the development of innovative solutions to address operational challenges
Requirements:

• 2 years of experience in a hospital or behavioral health patient accounting environment
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and strong analytical skills
