Job Description
Saint Joseph's Medical Center is seeking a full time Sr. Analyst Revenue Cycle that will conducts payment analysis by payer service area to ensure government, commercial and contracted plans are adhering to contractual rates; Analyze accounts to ensure they comply with medical necessity (LCD / NCD), and authorization process prior post billing; Maintain track reports : denials, recoveries, worklists; Identifies escalates system, missing charges, voucher findings for pre / post billing resolution; Collaborates with all departments to fix errors; includes entering charges as required; Submit projects through payer web portals for recoveries; Perform training sessions throughout the RC departments as needed; Research communicate payer updates announcements via newsletters / web portal; Attend participate in all RC meetings. 3 years' experience in a hospital setting. Solid Excel skills. High degree of customer service.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
High School Diploma or Equivalent
Bachelor Degree preferred
