Job Description
Stock Clerk II Full Time 9 : 00 A.M. 5 : 00 P.M.
Responsibilities :
Receives packages from inventory, UPS and other messenger services and resolves any discrepancies between shipment, packing slip and purchase order directly with the vendor. Maintains computerized perpetual inventory of stockroom. Delivers stockroom supplies and non-stock orders / packages to all departments and performs related organization, clerical and administrative duties. Assists in physical inventory. Ability to complete assigned tasks requires initiative, organization and problem-solving ability with minimal supervision. Ability to drive between hospital campuses to perform duties as required due to departmental needs.
Requirements : Must have High School degree and / or equivalent. Knowledge of Infor Lawson Supply Chain system preferred. Knowledge of Excel and Word preferred. Must be able to lift heavy objects. Must have good verbal and written communication skills.. Must be able to show good customer service skills.
Pay : 1199 Collective Bargaining Rates
