Job Summary
This position will provide direct nursing care to patients in our Emergency Department. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and demonstrate a passion for delivering high-quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to patients in accordance with established policies and procedures.
- Implement and monitor patient care plans.
- Assess and coordinate patient discharge planning needs with members of the healthcare team.
Requirements
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of Florida.
- Advanced Life Support certification within 6 months of hire date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
- BLS Provider certification obtained within 1 month of hire date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support certification obtained within 6 months of hire date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
