Position Summary:
As a successful candidate for this role, you will have strong analytical, accounting and problem-solving experience, be highly proficient at writing financial and non-financial related reports using, Jet Reports, Power BI, excel and other reporting platforms. This position is also responsible for general ledger and financial reporting, account reconciliations, regulatory compliance and software systems support
Duties:

Essential Duties:
- Analyze and validate data to provide assurance of accuracy and validity of critical business information
- Design, develop, test and implement reports and dashboards to fulfill business requirements
- Identify opportunities to enhance data collection and analysis
- Collaborates with coworkers and management to implement improvements
- Communicate with system vendors for support and troubleshooting
- Gather business intelligence from a variety of sources including company data, industry and field reports, public information and purchased sources
- Prepare and process journal entries
- Manage the month end process to ensure the integrity of the financial statements
- Reconcile balance sheet accounts
- nventory Reconciliation
- Cost accounting for finished goods and grapes
- Prepare all excise tax, sales tax and use tax returns
- Prepare Federal and State monthly compliance reports
- Assist with process improvements
- Cap Ex for accounting purposes
Qualifications and Experience
The following generally describes the knowledge and ability required to enter the job and/or be learned within a short period of time in order to successfully perform the assigned duties.
Minimum Experience & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance/Information Systems or related field
- Three years of relevant experience required
- Advanced expertise in Microsoft Excel required (Pivot Tables, Vlookups, Charts & Graphs, etc.)
- Experience with Jet Reports, Power BI, or other reporting platforms (experience with data warehouses, analytics, and/or data science)
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and an ability to understand complex, interrelated processes
- Ability to correlate data, identify patterns and anomalies in complex scenarios, and perform root cause analysis
- Capable of prioritizing multiple projects while still achieving deadlines
