Moderno Sales Associate plays a vital role in the success of our rapidly growing organization. The sales associate is responsible for planning, opening and managing the day-to-day marketing and sales functions. They will be responsible for collaborating on marketing strategy, executing marketing and sales plans, and conceptualizing key marketing initiatives to support the company goals. The Sales Associate will be a strategic and creative thinking individual who is confident bringing new ideas to the table and collaborating with the operations, sales, creative team, and executing ideas and strategies.

Key Responsibilities Include:
- Customer point of contact
- Qualify incoming leads
- Conduct discovery calls, provide quotes/scope of work
- Follow job flow (quote, deposit, CAD, production, and installation)
- Project management / troubleshooting
- Site appointment presence
- Overall project manager
- Quoting potential jobs
- Participate in affiliated trade associations and their events
- Develop a timeline and checklists for each project for the planning and execution of grand openings a checklist so that openings are easily replicable and scalable.
- Responsible for developing and managing the HUBS yearly marketing and sales budgets
- Responsible for developing tradeshow booth process, timeline for each HUB to plan, execute and follow up.
- Develop recommendations, and strategy for national tradeshows, national marketing and promotional partnerships.
- Manage the design and production of projects from concept through final layouts, including collateral, national sponsorships and partnerships, and other materials as required, adhering to established brand guidelines.
- Coordinate with Online Marketing campaigns
- Manage projects as needed, giving feedback and communicating status to the management
Qualifications:
- Understanding of sales process
- Strong commitment to customer service
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Willingness to learn technical project details
- Firm command of MS office applications
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software
- Strong communication skills, bilingual Spanish speaker is a plus!
- Degree preferred, but not required
