Key Responsibilities
- Successfully complete IT acquisition integrations within the timeline committed by the Board of Directors, meeting 'done-done' criteria.
- Establish and sustain effective monitoring and incident management processes to ensure IT operational reliability.
- Ensure the IT team efficiently resolves a growing volume of complex support tickets.
- Maintain a customer satisfaction (CSAT) rating of at least 90% with a 10% response rate for closed IT tickets.
- Lead and optimize the integration process for Delivery Engine (DE) teams post-acquisition, ensuring seamless operational and cultural alignment
- Resilience and calm under pressure: Ability to maintain effective performance and emotional control when faced with stress or challenging situations
- Proactive problem solving: Ability to identify potential issues before they arise and effectively address them to mitigate risks and capitalize on opportunities
