- Invoice Processing : Accurately process and record vendor invoices, ensuring proper coding and approval in compliance with company policies.
- Payment Management : Schedule and prepare payments, including checks, ACH transfers, and wire payments, ensuring timely and accurate disbursements.
- Vendor Relations : Maintain positive relationships with vendors, addressing inquiries and resolving discrepancies promptly.
- Expense Reconciliation : Reconcile vendor statements and manage discrepancies to maintain accurate accounts.
- Financial Reporting : Assist in month-end closing activities, including preparing accounts payable reports and supporting documentation.
- Compliance : Ensure all accounts payable activities adhere to internal controls and external regulations, supporting audit processes as needed.
- Process Improvement : Identify opportunities to enhance accounts payable processes and contribute to the implementation of best practices.
