What's the Job?
- You will be joining a small 6-person engineering team reporting directly to the CTO.
- You will be coding in C and either helping to help build their internal execution system or working on revamping their new research simulation platform.
- Work closely with Quantitative Researchers and Traders to understand their needs and workflows to help provide the best support possible and improve their productivity and performance.
- Your work will support large-scale data processing and very complex model computations.
Compensation
- $200,000 - $400,000 Total Compensation depending on level of experience.

- Hybrid work format (work from home on Friday).
Location
My client’s office is located in Stamford, Connecticut.
Your Background
- You should have an advanced degree in a STEM field.
- They are looking for 5 years of experience coding in C .
- You should have deep knowledge of concurrent patterns, numeric processes and data structures.

My client is one of the fastest growing Quantitative Finance firms in the country, with a goal of doubling their headcount from 100 to 200 people in the next 2 years. They are not a startup and have the systems in place to grow and scale successfully. They are not a pod shop and work collaboratively with common goals.
