What are the responsibilities and job description for the Dispensary Shift Leader position at Stability Cannabis?

We are seeking an experienced Shift Leader. Previous retail cannabis experience and experience using Dutchie is strongly preferred. Wednesday- Monday 8:30 am- 4:00 pm

Duties/Responsibilities:
1. Provide exceptional customer service to all patients and customers.
2. Assist with training and supervising of staff members and providing ongoing feedback and coaching.
3. Collaborating with other shift leaders, supervisors, and store manager to ensure consistency across all shifts.
4. Assist in managing inventory and ensuring accurate record-keeping of all products.
5. Ensuring adherence to all relevant state and local regulations related to the sale of cannabis products.
6. Assist in supervising opening and closing procedures.
7. Track various sales metrics on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
8. Monitor and maintain the Point of Sale (POS) system.
9. Assist with training of staff according to company guidelines.
10. Assist in conducting inventory audits in accordance with company and state guidelines to ensure there is no diversion of inventory, and effectively respond to discrepancies.
11. Maintain records for all necessary documents: delivery and inventory manifests, inventory counts, necessary employee and patient information, logbooks, and inventory adjustments.
12. Perform other duties as required by management.
