What are the responsibilities and job description for the Finishing Assistant position at Stability Cannabis?
Stability Cannabis is one of Oklahoma's largest medical marijuana growers, processors and retailers. We are seeking Finishing Assistants that will work to efficiently buck, trim, and quality control cannabis plants, while creating minimal waste, resulting in a high-quality product that is ready for sale or processing. Starting wage is $15/hr with ability to increase to $18/hr within 90 days.
** OSBI Background Check and OMMA Employee Credential is required **
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Meet daily and weekly production goals
- Trim flower from plants in a quick and efficient manner, while ensuring quality standards
- Inspect flower for quality standards using a variety of tools and processes
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment and perform daily and weekly clean-up procedures
- Sit for long periods of time while focusing on fast-paced, detail-oriented trimming
- Ensure compliance with company policies/procedures and state regulations
- Other duties as assigned
