What are the responsibilities and job description for the Overnight Facilities Technician position at Stability Cannabis?
Position Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and vigilant Overnight Facilities Technician to join our team at our cannabis grow facility. The primary responsibility of this role is to ensure the facility is secure and running at optimal performance during the evening and overnight. A national background check and ability to obtain employee OMMA credentials is REQUIRED. Shift Monday- Wednesday 6 pm- 6 am
Key Responsibilities:
- Access Control: Monitor and control access to the facility.
- Surveillance: Monitor CCTV cameras and alarm systems to detect unauthorized activity and report any suspicious behavior immediately.
- Patrolling: Conduct regular patrols of the facility, including outdoor and indoor areas, to identify and resolve potential security breaches, maintenance issues, or hazards.
- Incident Response: Respond to alarms and emergency situations, assisting in the mitigation of risks and notifying applicable parties.
- Reporting: Document all security incidents, and other irregularities, in a detailed incident report for management review.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in security or facilities preferred
- Strong observational and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to remain calm and make rational decisions in emergency situations.
- Basic computer skills for reporting and monitoring purposes.
- Flexibility in working hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
