- Performing high-quality ultrasound procedures under minimal supervision
- Documenting patient information accurately and thoroughly
- Collaborating with radiologists to interpret scan results and develop treatment plans
To succeed in this role, you should hold a degree from an accredited Ultrasound Technology program or equivalent, with a minimum of 1 year of scanning experience. ARDMS or ARRT/Sonography certification in Abdomen is mandatory within one year, with OB/GYN or Breast certification highly desirable.
