Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse (RN) ICU to join our team at a 25-bed critical access hospital in Fort Bragg, California.
About the Role:
- Deliver coordinated nursing care for patients according to established standards of care and the nursing process.
- Supervise and direct the activities of various levels of assigned nursing staff.
- Coordinate care with other disciplines while utilizing critical thinking, professional and supervisory discretion, and independent judgment.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN)
- Acute care facility experience
- Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice
- Minimum 12 hours shift duration, including night shifts
