Responsibilities and Duties:
- Efficiently complete service request tickets.
- Deliver on-site technical assistance to clients as needed.
- Accurately document client interactions, resolutions, and time spent in the help desk ticket management system.
- Identify, diagnose, and resolve a broad range of technical issues for end-users and their equipment.
- Configure workstations and necessary peripheral devices.
- Participate in an on-call after-hours rotation.
- Collaborate effectively within a team environment
Qualifications and Skills
- Positive, energetic, and professional demeanor.
- Previous experience working in a call center or help desk environment preferred
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Knowledge of Windows and Office 365
- Exceptional customer service skills.

- Service Desk: 1 years (Preferred)
- Networking: 1 years (Preferred)

Compensation:
Pay based on experience level
