What are the responsibilities and job description for the Senior IT System Administrator position at Stability Technology?
This position requires infrequent visits to our client's office in Irvine, CA (95% remote).
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior IT Systems Administrator. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing and supporting enterprise systems, including Windows Server environments, VMware, AWS, Entra ID, Microsoft 365, Intune, and Citrix. Additionally, experience with single sign-on (SSO) solutions, preferably OKTA, is highly desirable. The role requires expertise in system administration, maintenance, upgrades, troubleshooting, and issue resolution to ensure seamless IT operations.
Key Responsibilities :
System Administration and Maintenance :
- Administer, configure, and maintain Windows Server environments (all versions).
- Manage and optimize virtualized environments using VMware.
- Oversee hybrid Active Directory and Entra ID cloud environments through advanced command-line scripting
- Develop PowerShell scripts and implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) to enhance the security and scalability of hybrid network environments
