This position offers 95% remote work with occasional visits to our client's office in Irvine, CA.
We are on the lookout for a highly skilled Senior IT Systems Specialist who excels in managing and supporting enterprise systems. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Windows Server environments, VMware, AWS, Entra ID, Microsoft 365, Intune, and Citrix. Proficiency in implementing single sign-on (SSO) solutions, especially OKTA, is a significant advantage. The role demands expertise in system administration, maintenance, upgrades, troubleshooting, and effective issue resolution to ensure optimal IT operations.
Key Responsibilities :
- System Administration and Maintenance :
Administer, configure, and maintain Windows Server environments (all versions).
Manage Microsoft 365 services to ensure high availability and performance.
Plan and execute system upgrades and patches to uphold security and performance.
Diagnose and resolve complex system and network issues promptly and efficiently.
Qualifications and Skills :
Proficient in managing various versions of Windows Server.
3-5 years of substantial experience in IT systems administration.
