- Will manage large highly complex projects and perform engineering analyses, comparative studies of various alternatives, and develop conceptual designs
- Develop innovative solutions to resolve challenging technical issues and help on operational issues as needed
- Provide technical advice to Project Mangers in scheduling of different technical activities as related to a complex project and their budget impact
