THE OPPORTUNITY

Staccato is seeking a Kitting Clerk to support our growing team. Reporting to the Inventory Supervisor, you will be integral to our mission to build the Best Shooting Handgun in the United States. Our operation strategy has been heavily influenced by "People First" aspects; this allows us to celebrate an above-industry average retention rate.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Monitor completeness, accuracy, and compliance during inventory transactions.
• Update and review ABCQ part inventory priorities in order to cycle count appropriately.
• Conduct daily cycle counts to achieve 98% accuracy and identify all operational problems in inventory.
• Establish and maintain Kanbans in key areas of production.
• Bag and Tag stock items for sales orders based on sales demand.
• Run inventory reports, monitor for stockouts, investigate shortages, and drive root cause / corrective action.
• Identify process improvements needed in inventory control and material flow and champion projects to implement changes.
