THE OPPORTUNITY
The Vice President of Sales will develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to expand Staccato 2011’s market presence, drive revenue growth, and strengthen partnerships with key industry stakeholders. This role will oversee the commercial, government, and direct-to-consumer sales channels, working closely with marketing, operations, and executive leadership to scale business operations effectively.
JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and implement a strategic sales plan that aligns with Staccato 2011’s business objectives and growth targets.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the sales team, ensuring they meet or exceed revenue goals.
- Identify new market opportunities and expand distribution channels for both firearms and Staccato Ammo.
- Drive top-line revenue growth by expanding sales with commercial dealers, law enforcement agencies, and direct consumers.
- Establish and maintain high-value relationships with dealers, distributors, and key accounts.
- Oversee contract negotiations and pricing strategies to maximize profitability and market share.
- Strengthen partnerships with law enforcement and military agencies, ensuring Staccato 2011 is the preferred provider of duty firearms.
- Work closely with the training and support teams to ensure product adoption and retention within government sectors.
- Monitor key performance metrics, sales trends, and competitive insights to refine sales strategies.
- Optimize the CRM system and sales pipeline management to ensure data-driven decision-making.
- Collaborate with marketing, product development, and operations teams to align sales efforts with company-wide initiatives.
- Act as the face of Staccato 2011 at industry events, trade shows, and customer engagements.
- Ensure a seamless customer experience across all sales channels.
- Develop and oversee customer loyalty programs and dealer incentive structures.
- 10 years of sales leadership experience, preferably in firearms, sporting goods, or tactical industries.

Proven track record of revenue growth, team leadership, and dealer relationship management.
Strong understanding of firearms distribution channels, government procurement, and DTC sales models. - Exceptional negotiation, communication, and business development skills.
- Experience working with FFL dealers, law enforcement agencies, and defense contracts.
- Ability to travel as needed to support sales efforts, industry events, and key accounts.
- A bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience) is preferred.
