Job Title: Senior Financial Controller Staci Americas
Job Summary: The Financial Controller is responsible for overseeing all financial and accounting operations within the company reporting to Staci Americas’ CFO. This role includes preparing financial reports, performing financial analysis (i.e. profitability, cash-flow) and reviewing (organic) investment case.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support CFO to coordinate and direct the preparation of the budget and financial forecasts, and report variances.
- Prepare and publish timely monthly financial statements.
- Coordinate the preparation of regulatory reporting.
- Research technical accounting issues for compliance.
- Support month-end and year-end close processes.
- Ensure quality control over financial transactions and financial reporting.
- Manage and comply with local, state, and federal government reporting requirements and tax filings.
- Additional controller duties as necessary.
Requirements and Skills:
- Proven working experience as a Financial Controller.
- 10 years of combined accounting and finance experience.
- Experience in logistic sector is a plus
- CFA, CPA is a plus.
- Thorough knowledge of accounting principles and procedures.
- Experience with creating financial statements.
- Self-driven and strong analytical skills.
- Excellent accounting software user and administration skills.
