We are looking for a Warehouse Operations Supervisor to be based at our Reno, Nevada reporting to the operations manager. The salary is 55k-65k.
Job Summary:
Staci is looking for an experienced Warehouse Operations Supervisor to manage and oversee all shift warehouse activities, ensure efficient processes, and maximize warehouse productivity for the site.

Manage and coordinate the organization's staffing and operational activities for district warehouses and stores.
Participate in developing and implementing the organization's goals, objectives, policies, and priorities.
Direct and review the work plans for assigned staff.
Implement appropriate safety guidelines and investigate injuries or unsafe conditions.
Monitor the usage of materials in storerooms and warehouses.
Provide assistance in utilizing warehouse space by designing facility layouts to achieve maximum storage efficiency.
Develop delivery schedules and drop shipment strategies.
Maintain accurate records and files of inventory usage.
Meet with staff to identify and resolve problems.
Select, train, motivate, and evaluate assigned personnel.
Implement disciplinary and termination procedures.
Prepare and present staff reports and other correspondence as necessary and appropriate.
Assist with budget preparation and administration.
Coordinate warehousing and storeroom activities with outside agencies and organizations. Discover new trends and innovations in the fields of warehousing and storage programs.
Correct and adjust hours in ADP.
Conduct regular inventory audits to maintain accurate stock levels and minimize discrepancies.
Coordinate with third-party logistics (3PL) providers to streamline receiving processes.
Assist with heavy lifting and physical tasks as needed to support team efforts.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:
- 2 years of warehouse lead experience.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Basic understanding of logistics and supply chain management principles.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
- Make recommendations to the Operations Manager on programs to improve warehouse operations.
- Interviews and recommends associate applicants for hire.
- Manage the 5S of the facility.

Ability To:
- Multi-task in a fast-paced, demanding warehouse environment

The ideal candidate will have:
Two years of related experience in warehousing, receiving, or inventory control, ideally within a multi-client warehousing environment; bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
