We are looking for an Warehouse-Operations Supervisor to be based at our Reno, NV Location reporting to the General Manager.

Job Summary:

Staci Americas is looking for an experienced Warehouse Operations Supervisor to manage and oversee all shift warehouse activities at multiple building sites, ensure efficient processes, and maximize warehouse productivity, with hands-on approach.

Job Duties:

• Supervise and assist in daily warehouse and shipping areas.
• Maintain effective internal controls over product flow and inventory, determining space requirements, ensuring inventory is put away, relocated, and stored accurately according to safety regulations.
• Manage the daily work schedules of fulfillment associates to ensure a smooth and productive operation.
• Responsible for the proper operation and maintenance of equipment, as well as ensuring there is a safe, clean working environment.
• Plan and coordinate staffing to meet daily order fulfillment and shipping needs.
• Train on the safe operation of equipment and the maintenance of material handling equipment.
• Motivate, evaluate, and coach warehouse staff.
• Manage Shipping/Receiving Clerk and Account Leads.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:

Knowledge of:

• Warehousing practices and procedures including receiving and shipping methods, supervision, and accountability.
• Principles and practices of leadership and work management.
• Warehouse-related SOP’s.
• Individual Account work instructions.
• Warehouse processes and procedures.

Skill In:

• Make recommendations to the Operations Manager on programs to improve warehouse operations.
• Interviews and recommends associate applicants for hire.
• Manage the 5S of the facility.
• Training and developing hourly associates.
• Safety.
• MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).
• Organizational protocols.

Ability to:

• Multi-task in a fast-paced, demanding warehouse environment.
• Train and develop hourly associates.
• Learn AMWARE proprietary Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Understand and ensure compliance with SOP’s, individual account work instructions and other warehouse processes and procedures.

Selective Preference:

The ideal candidate will have Three to Five (3-5) years of related Supervisory experience in Warehousing, Receiving, or Inventory Control, ideally within a multi-client warehousing environment.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• 10 hour shift
• 12 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• Overtime
• Weekends as needed

Ability to Relocate:

• San Bernardino, CA 92408: Relocate before starting work (Required)
