Must have demonstrated experience, knowledge, and characteristic attributes in the following:

Performance Responsibilities And Expectations
- Research and identify key prospects involved in the decision-making process, uncovering pain points (business needs)
- Engage new STACK prospects including making outbound cold calls, sending emails, and initiating social touches, text messaging, online chat, and social media.
- Generate new business opportunities and learn to manage the beginning of a sales pipeline.
- Qualify new leads and schedule meetings to account executives’ calendar.
- Meet | Exceed monthly targets for booked meetings and demos completed.
- Responsible for documenting all prospect interactions via Salesforce.
- Collaborate with VP of Strategic Sales, A/E’s, Marketing teams around campaigns.
- Research industry trends and continually develop industry knowledge around our business space (Construction | SaaS)
- Grow professionally by attending ongoing training and always be hungry to learn.
- Complete at least 50 activities (calls, emails etc) per day to drive business conversations/opportunities.
Required Experience, Knowledge, and Characteristic Attributes
Must have demonstrated experience, knowledge, and characteristic attributes in the following:
- 2-3 years of sales experience or previous experience as a BDR required.
- Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills (written, oral, and interpersonal).
- Energetic, positive attitude with a passion for both work and fun.
- Ability to work with a sense of urgency in optimizing workflows and managing multiple tasks.
- Open to feedback, continuous learning, and embracing improvement.
- Highly organized with excellent time management skills in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
