HVAC / Electrical / Plumbing Trainer

We are seeking a knowledgeable and dedicated HVAC / Electrical / Plumbing Trainer to join our team and provide hands-on training and development for individuals pursuing careers in the HVAC, electrical, and plumbing industries. The ideal candidate will have in-depth expertise in these trades and be passionate about sharing that knowledge with others. You will be responsible for developing and delivering training programs, ensuring that students gain the necessary skills to succeed in their respective fields. This role requires an individual who is not only highly skilled in these areas but also capable of engaging and mentoring others, ensuring the next generation of professionals is well-prepared to meet industry demands.

Pay : $30-35 / hour

Required Qualifications

Minimum of 10 years of hands-on experience in one or more of the following trades : HVAC, electrical, or plumbing.

Valid driver's license and insurable driving record

In-depth knowledge of HVAC systems, electrical wiring and equipment, plumbing systems, and troubleshooting techniques. Familiarity with current codes, regulations, and industry best practices.

Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.

Ability to motivate, mentor, and engage learners at various skill levels.

Thorough understanding of safety standards and protocols in HVAC, electrical, and plumbing work.

Ability to manage multiple tasks, maintain accurate training records, and meet deadlines.

Salary : $30 - $35
