PARALEGAL

THE POSITION:
Assist in-house attorneys and Corporate Paralegal by:
- Providing clerical, research, and document management support, including corporate entity formation and management;
- Assisting with and coordinating closings for a wide variety of corporate transactions, including acquisitions and loan transactions;
- Maintaining legal files and managing legal documents;
- Preparing contractual notices and correspondence;
- Assisting with contracts administration and management; and
- Managing all required corporate filings and business licensing requirements and renewals.
THE DETAILS:
- Location: Denver, CO - In office 3-4 days per week
- Compensation: $65,000-$75,000 bonus
- Travel: Less than 10%
- Reports to: Corporate Paralegal
- Must be eligible to work in the United States
- Must pass a comprehensive background screening
MUST-HAVE QUALIFICATIONS:
- Associate degree in paralegal studies or related field required
- 3 years of corporate paralegal experience preferred
- Paralegal certificate preferred
