As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to increase brand visibility, engagement, and revenue within the affiliate channel. You will work closely with category management, merchandising, account management and business development teams to align affiliate strategies with company objectives.
Responsibilities
- Identify, recruit, and onboard relevant affiliates to expand our affiliate program
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with affiliate partners to drive engagement and performance
- Monitor, analyze, and optimize affiliate performance using data-driven insights and best practices
- Negotiate partnership terms, commission structures, and promotional strategies to maximize ROI
- Create and execute effective onboarding processes, providing affiliates with the tools and resources they need to succeed
- Utilize Impact's platform and other tracking tools to measure performance, optimize campaigns, and report on key metrics
