As we expand our footprint and grow our business, we’re looking for a strategic, results-driven, and highly motivated Affiliate Sales Director to join our team.
The Role :
This role will be responsible for building and nurturing their affiliate e-commerce book of business, selling into opportunities for BrandCycle, Reviewed.com and StackCommerce as well as providing end-to-end management of secured investments. As a senior member of the brand partnerships team, this individual will run point on top revenue-generating accounts and will be a key point person in all brand-related business decisions.

Types of Work You’ll Do :
Revenue Generation and Book of Business Development :
- Manage a personal portfolio of high-value brand partners, ensuring growth through deal-closing, upselling, and strategic retention efforts.
- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities within the influencer marketing, affiliate marketing, and content publisher spaces.
- Secure commission increases, paid placement fees, sponsored articles, and influencer campaigns from brands, aligned with company-wide and individual growth goals.
- Actively pursue new brand partners, working cross-functionally to integrate and activate new brands into our ecosystem.

Compensation :
Our overall compensation and rewards package includes base pay, bonus or commission, and a variety of benefits. Base pay is determined within a range that allows you the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The anticipated annualized salary range for this role is $113,300-153,400(this range may be modified in the future based on changing market conditions). Your initial base pay will be determined based on several factors, including demonstrated skills, relevant education or training, experience, qualifications, travel requirements, and job location.
