What are the responsibilities and job description for the Head of Social Media Management position at StackEleven Marketing?
We’re looking for an experienced Social Media Manager to oversee and execute organic social media marketing and paid advertising across four high-performing brands, which are all subsidiaries of JOOLA. You’ll manage multi-brand social strategies, drive performance marketing campaigns, and optimize ad spend to maximize growth across different business verticals.
Organic Social Media Management
- Execute organic strategies tailored to each brand, ensuring consistent posting, engagement & growth.
- Create content strategies aligned with business goals, including value based content, testimonials, collaborations, and success stories.
- Manage LinkedIn growth strategies for the core operators of each business.
- Oversee community management, ensuring timely responses to engagement and DMs.
- Develop and manage Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn ad campaigns to drive revenue, lead generation, and brand awareness.
- Optimize ad spend to achieve the best CPL (Cost Per Lead), ROAS (Return on Ad Spend), and engagement metrics.
- Leverage A/B testing for creatives, messaging, and targeting.
- Develop a consistent blog content calendar for each brand to boost SEO, brand authority, and organic traffic.
- Oversee blog production, working with writers, designers, and SEO specialists to create engaging, valuable content.
- Repurpose blog content into social media posts, LinkedIn articles, and email newsletters.
- Collaborate with marketing teams across RPO, StackEleven Marketing, JDC, and 150 to ensure brand consistency and campaign synergy.
- Work with graphic designers, video editors, and content teams to produce high-quality ad creatives.
- Partner with influencers, ambassadors, and internal stakeholders to amplify brand reach.
- Track and analyze all metrics related to the growth of each businesses.
- Provide regular reports with insights and recommendations for optimization.
- Stay updated on industry trends, platform changes, and new growth strategies.
- 3 years of experience in paid social media management, with a proven track record of scaling brands.
- Expertise in Facebook & Instagram Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, and performance marketing tools.
- Strong background in Instagram content strategy, community building, and engagement tactics.
- Ability to manage multiple brands while maintaining a high level of execution.
- Proficiency in analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, etc.).
- Experience with sports, coaching, or e-commerce industries is a plus.
