As we continue to improve and expand our communities, we are seeking a Project Manager to oversee the renovation of used mobile homes and ensure they are brought up to high-quality living standards efficiently and cost-effectively.
Job Overview:
We are looking for a hands-on, detail-oriented, and highly organized Project Manager to oversee mobile home renovations from start to finish. This role involves sourcing and managing contractors, pulling permits, coordinating renovations, and ensuring timely project completion. You will play a key role in making sure renovations are done on schedule, within budget, and up to code.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the entire renovation process for used mobile homes.
- Find, vet, and hire contractors for renovation work.
- Pull necessary permits and ensure all work complies with local regulations.
- Create and manage project schedules to ensure timely completion.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and quality of work.
- Step in when needed to solve problems, ensure efficiency, and keep projects moving.
- Ensure all completed homes meet company standards and are move-in ready.
- Track budgets and expenses to keep projects cost-effective.
- Communicate regularly with leadership on project status and challenges.
- Travel as needed to oversee projects on-site.
