Hours of Operation: Monday - Friday, 9 am - 5 pm

Location: Oversees communities in and around Burlington, NC.

We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Property Manager to join our team and oversee seven of our communities.

Position Overview: As a Property Manager with Stackhouse Management, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of our manufactured home communities. This includes sales, marketing, tenant relations, and ensuring our properties are well-maintained and fully occupied. Your goal will be to achieve a 100% occupancy rate and ensure the timely collection of all rent and fees.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain 100% occupancy by attracting and retaining residents
• Ensure timely collection of all rents and fees
• Maintain properties to company standards
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new residents
• Foster positive tenant relations and address tenant concerns promptly
• Place maintenance work orders as necessary
• Conduct regular property inspections to ensure compliance with company standards
• File evictions and represent the company in court for hearings, non-renewals, evictions, and appeals

Requirements:

• 2 years of experience in property management, with a preference for mobile home community experience
• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience
• Valid driver's license and ability to legally operate a motor vehicle
• Ability to perform physical tasks such as walking, bending, standing, and lifting up to 20 pounds
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Excellent organizational and planning skills
• Ability to work calmly under pressure and follow through on commitments
• Integrity, honesty, and a proactive attitude
• Strong written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills

Compensation: $52,000.00 per year, Year-End Bonus & Commission
