ROLE DESCRIPTION :

As a Service Manager at Stacy Shope, State Farm Insurance, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you an ideal fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

Oversee the daily claims activity and execute our daily claims follow up and procedures to ensure the customer claim satisfaction

Oversee the daily operations and requests of the customers

Implement customer service policies and procedures.

Handle escalated customer complaints and issues.

Train and mentor customer service representatives.

Lead the daily, monthly retention procedures

QUALIFICATIONS :

2 years of experience in customer service.

Leadership and organizational skills.

Detailed oriented.

Ability to maintain a multi-task workflow with efficiency.

Enjoys a fast-paced environment

Strong Communication skills and leadership problem-solving skills.
