- Read an interpret cable lists and drawings
- Wiring of electrical panels and connectors
- Strip, crimp, and terminate large and small gauge wires and cables
- Assemble cable and wiring harnesses
- Safely operate electrical hand tools
- Add connectors to completed harness assemblies
- Straighten, align, and organize wire to standards
- Maintain a safe, organized and efficient work area
- 1 years’ experience in professional electrical assembly
- 2 years minimum work experience working with hand tools
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- Ability to read and follow manuals (parts lists, work instructions, etc.)
- Familiarity with electrical components such as circuit breakers, relays, I/O a plus
