As a Pricing Analyst, you will play an integral part to ensure our pricing strategies reflect market conditions, support business goals and maximize profitability across our diverse product offerings.
Key Activities
- Ensure ongoing compliance with the Quality Management System (QMS) in accordance with required industry standards (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and ISO 22163)
- Manage the internal audit program by conducting regular audits
- Prepare and support external audits (customer and certification audits)
- Provide recommendations and action plans for any audit-related corrective actions
- Act as the primary point of contact for certification bodies and external auditors
- Maintain and improve document control processes ensuring all quality-related documentation is up to date, accessible, and compliant with relevant standards.
- Provide guidance, training, and support for departments across the organization
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality, Environment and Safety, or similar
- 5 years of experience in quality management systems, preferably in manufacturing
- 3 years of leadership experience managing and developing teams in quality management or other related function
- In-depth knowledge of ISO standards (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, etc.) and regulatory requirements relevant to rail or transportation industries
- Strong experience leading internal audits and managing certification processes
- Certified Quality Auditor is a plus!
- Proven track record of implementing and managing QMS across large, complex organizations
- Proficiency in ERP and quality management software
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels and lead by example
- Must be fluent in English both written and verbal; German is a plus
